TERMS
- Our products, prices and terms are subject to change without
prior notice.
- All returns must made within 30 days of purchase and MUST
HAVE BEEN ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which must be
clearly written on the shipping label of the return package.
- Carpet that has been cut, used or dirtied
cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

POLICY
If your carpet doesn't fit, buyautocarpet.com will:
- Replace it with the same Year, Make & Model item
using the same material in the same color as your original
order.
- Pay the shipping cost back to you using the same shipping
method as your original order.
- If you elect to have a refund, we will inspect your return
and if it meets the return criteria, we will credit the
credit card used to pay for the original order or issue
a refund check if you paid by check.
- Returned molded carpet will be checked for fit on the
factory mold. If it is found to fit, the item will be returned
at customer expense.
If we shipped you the wrong item, buyutocarpet.com will:
- Ship, at our expense, the original item ordered.
- Pay shipping cost to return incorrect item.
- Shipping will be at the same level of service as original
order unless customer requests something different. Any
upcharge will be paid by the customer.
If the item meets all returnable item criteria and you do
not want the item, the following will apply:
- Customer pays return shipping cost
- Customer pays 25% of original price as a restocking fee.
With NO EXCEPTIONS, shipping costs are not refundable.
- Items NOT in an original
factory color for your Year / Make
/ Model vehicle, or that have embroidery, regardless
of color, are not returnable.
